• Type 5503 is a more valuable and rare Beogram 4002 Type due to its heavier platter and synchronous AC platter motor.
• Very good cosmetic condition. Near-perfect rosewood plinth, only slight use-traces on the keypad, excellent aluminum surfaces.
• Comes with installed Beolover Commander remote control (AC-motor version, $349 value) and the Beolover internal RIAA pre-amp (switchable between original non-amplified output and RIAA pre-amplification ($449 value). The fully restored swapped out original output board is also included.
• Hood is original and has been polished. Aluminum trim is in good condition with all labels present. Looks pretty good if not very closely scrutinized. Could be replaced at a later point with a reproduction hood if desired.
